Kansas Speedway Nominated for 2008 Visitors Choice Award
Kansas Speedway hosts over 600,000 people each year and now those visitors have nominated Kansas Speedway for a 2008 Visitors Choice Award in the category of Favorite Attraction. Other attractions nominated are Worlds of Fun, the Sprint Center, Arrowhead Stadium, the Kansas City Zoo and the College Basketball Experience. Voting is underway at www.visitkc.com and goes until April 30. Kansas Speedway fans are encouraged to vote on the award and select their Kansas City favorites. The Kansas City Convention and Visitors Bureau is hosting the tourism awards.
